APC welcomes new ministers and calls for more assertive leadership

The recently sworn-in ministers of President Bola Tinubu have been commended by the All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Vanguard and urged to pursue more aggressive leadership. This was said in a statement released on Monday in Owerri by the group’s National Convener, Mr. Chibueze Oleka.

President Tinubu swore in 45 cabinet members on Monday, according to a previous report by Wakenews, Oleka called on the ministers to work towards the implementation of the president’s vision for a better and more prosperous future for Nigeria as she congratulated Tinubu on the successful installation of his cabinet members.

Following the successful installation of his ministers, the president urged them to work to realise his vision for a better and more prosperous future for Nigeria.

He urged the new ministers to uphold the principles of hard labour and dedication to public service, noting that the President’s wise judgement in selecting the ministers was evidence of his unshakable dedication to the growth and progress of the nation.

“The obstacles ahead may be numerous, but with your help and President Bola Tinubu’s guidance, I am convinced that our country is in good hands. “Your diverse backgrounds and combined expertise will undoubtedly bring a new and creative perspective to the multifaceted issues facing our country,” the speaker said.

But he also complimented Tinubu for promoting harmony amongst various groups, closing gaps, and forging a sense of shared purpose via inclusivity, openness, and accountability.

He also expressed gratitude to the President for his dedication to empowering young people and promised that young people would support his government.

“Our youth are prepared to bring their vigour, imagination, and resolve to bear on the realisation of your vision for Nigeria.

“The dedication of your administration to encouraging young people to be change agents is extremely remarkable, and we anxiously anticipate the benefits of this cooperation.

Oleka asserted, “I am confident that your tenure will leave an indelible mark on the annals of Nigerian history with the unwavering determination that has brought you this far.”
