Peter Obi invades the Supreme Court, demands that Tinubu’s victory be annulled

Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) nominee for president in the most recent election, has appealed to the Supreme Court on 51 grounds.

The former governor of Anambra State complained about the ruling Presidential Election Petition Tribunal’s decision to reject his case.

Remember how Obi requested recognition as the winner of the February 25 Presidential Election by approaching the Tribunal?

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu was proclaimed the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

However, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar are suing to overturn the INEC declaration.

The tribunal had confirmed Bola Tinubu’s victory, and both Obi and Atiku had vowed to appeal to the Supreme Court.

Peter Obi, however, has now submitted his case to the Supreme Court.
