I have been approached by drug dealers many times- Okey Bakassi

Okechukwu Onyegbule, often known as Okey Bakassi, is a well-known comedian and actor who has admitted that he has been solicited to sell narcotics both in Nigeria and overseas.

Bakassi explained how scammers and drug traffickers asked him to join their firm with a lucrative offer during an interview on Channels TV.

He also mentioned that as an entertainer, you can be solicited to sell drugs in the currently popular video.

He claimed that despite the business’s profitability, he turned down the offer and chose to keep things pure.

The actor remarked, “I was lured by various people in so many ways when I first came to Lagos as a young man. And I’m referring to drug traffickers and fraudsters.

I was contacted. When you work in entertainment, drug dealers will approach you. I have been solicited by drug dealers both domestically and abroad.

They will only appear at your hotel and conduct business. They will mention others who are doing it and profiting from it. However, it’s hazardous.

“I want to be able to sleep soundly without worrying about the police or other law enforcement officials. So I’ve made an effort to be cheerful and keep things simple ever since.
