Oxlade reveals why he dropped out of school- Details inside

Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, better known by his stage name Oxlade, a Nigerian singer, has shared the reason why he left his university degree program in its final year.

The singer of “Ku Lo Sa” claimed he was a student at LASU but left in his final year because certain cultists were pursuing his life.

He claimed that despite pressure from the cultists to join their gang, he turned it down and left the university.

In the most recent episode of the Tea With Tay podcast, which is hosted by actor Temisan Emmanuel Ahwieh, alias Taymesan, he revealed this.

“I was always in the church during my university years reading the Bible and books,” Oxlade said. Then, in my final year, I decided to stop.

I have never before said this. When some boys tried to get me to join a gang, I quit school. My grandma once called and inquired about my whereabouts. She told me to start visiting our family in Ibadan even though I was in campus when I stated I was.

“I visited Ibadan. Those fanatics nearly killed my housemates that day. I value my grandma’s significance in my life because of this. Yes, there is a God. God has frequently intervened to save me, and I say this with a full heart.
