I net up to 1Million dollars per song I make- Meek Mill

Despite assertions that rap is “dying,” American rapper Meek Mill says he is still smiling for the bank.

Every song he records brings in at least $1 million, according to him.

“I’m getting a million a song… so that’s $62,500 every bar I speak… They say this rap sh*t dying must be on Billboard because it’s not too Meek!,” he wrote on his Instagram page.

Wizkid, a Nigerian musician, recently ignited a global conversation on social media platforms when he declared in an interview that “hip-hop is dead.”

Hip-hop artists from both domestic and foreign scenes responded to his allegation, with Oladips, M.I., Zoro Swagbag, Nasty C, and many more publicly criticizing him for making such a contentious claim.
