I did laundry work and other menial jobs before stardom- Brain Jotter

Before becoming famous, popular skit creator Chukwuebuka Emmanuel Amuzie, often known as Brain Jotter, talked about his difficult time as an undergraduate at the University of Lagos.

He claimed that in order to pay for his school and other expenses, he worked multiple menial jobs, such as selling pesticides and doughnuts.

The humorous actor claimed to be earning N15,000 from his job as a laundry worker.

Speaking on the Hip TV show Trending, which is presented by reality TV personality Kim Oprah, Brain Jotter stated, “I made N15,000 in 2020.” My pay was N30,000 in 2021. I worked in a laundry in 2020. I had recently been accepted to the University of Lagos.

“I was doing other things in addition to doing laundry. I was selling bed bug repellent at my school. I sold doughnuts in my class in my first year. I marketed bedbug repellent in the second year. In the third year, I took a car to school.

I can’t just go five days without working because my video has become popular up till today. Since being famous, I’ve certainly been restless, but I’m not in Lagos. However, I’m constantly coming up with ideas for material even when I’m not in Lagos.

“Back then, I wanted to become a taxi driver and rent a one-room flat.”
