My family never supported my career- ZicSaloma

ZicSaloma, a well-known singer and creator of skits, Isaac Aloma, has disclosed that his family did not encourage him to pursue an entertainment career.

He emphasized that his four brothers had always silenced him when he tried to sing in the house as a child and that only his mother had ever backed him.

The youngest son, Zic Salama, remembered how his older brothers used to smash his music cassettes because they didn’t want him to pursue a music career.

In an open conversation with media personality Chude Jideonwo, the actor revealed that his family members also annoyed him when he first began making videos.

Although he is now “the chief cornerstone” of the family, he claims his brothers never had faith in him.

“My mother alone provided me with support,” he remarked. I recall that I was expected to travel to South Africa for a competition with two family members and friends. I naturally took my mother with me because I was not able to go with any of my siblings since none of them helped me, I went with my friends instead.
