Solid Star quits Alcohol and Smoking

Nigerian singer Joshua Iniyezo, popularly known as Solid Star has overcome his addiction to smoking and Alcohol intake.

Some months ago, his brother shared a video of him walking aimlessly on the streets, looking rough and dirty. Now things seem to have taken a better turn and he has stopped taking substances as the singer is now doing well according to his brother.

“I am well now. I have been out of the hospital for four months, but I am still taking my medication. I no longer smoke or take alcohol,” The Nation quoted him as saying in a recent interview.

The singer said he now communicates better, remembering the fact that he became depressed and he was secretive about this situation saying that he started seeing a lot of people that were close to him as enemies.

Solid Star revealed that he had the support of his family, friends and colleagues in the industry during those tough times.
