Rema has no respect at all- Blackface

Blackface, a veteran musician, has taken issue with the lyrics to Rema’s popular song “Charm.” Ahmedu Augustine Obiabo is better known as Blackface.

He claimed that the song contains some offensive lyrics.

The ex-member of Plantashun Boiz claimed that Rema’s lyrics demonstrated his lack of respect.

Actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, also known as Nedu, co-hosts The Honest Bunch Podcast. In the most recent episode, Blackface made an appearance.

“Do the songs they are singing these days represent Nigeria in a positive light?” he asked.

“‘I get money pass your papa, I get money pass your mama.’ What’s that? ‘Fine girl come wettin dey worry you?’ ‘You dey craze for your head?’ ‘You no know say I get money pass your papa?’ Is that the kind of man that my daughter will bring home to me for marriage? I will kick that daughter and the man out of my house. Because such men as Rema have no morals.

“I said he has no morals because what you speak comes from the heart.”
