The well-known musician David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has finally responded to colleague Dammy Krane’s claims that he owes him money for songwriting royalties.

Sources claim that Dammy Krane recently confronted Davido once more regarding an alleged debt, appealing to the DMW boss to reimburse him for the benefit of his daughter.

Davido responded to the claims made on Friday via his X handle, claiming that Dammy Krane never paid him for the three verses he supplied him in the songs “In Case Of Incasity,” “Gbetiti,” and “Izzue.”

Dammy Krane owes Davido $450,000 for the three features since, according to Davido, he now charges $150,000 for each verse.

He added that he never received payment from Dammy Krane for producing the song “Pooner.”

Davido continued, saying that during his years of homelessness in Atlanta, Dammy Krane never reimbursed him for accommodation or food.

The DMW boss tweeted, “I never got paid for that also my 3 verses I’ve gifted you all your dead career… oh yea plus my royalties, we charge now so that’s about $150k x3 a verse.. also house rent and food when u stayed in my house in Atlanta when you were homeless,” quoting Dammy Krane, who boasted about being the first to give Davido the tag “On the beat is Davido.”
