Thank God I didn’t blow up in 2019 – Crayon

Charles Chibueze Chukwu, also known as Crayon, is a Mavin Records musician who has expressed gratitude to God for sparing him a prosperous career after being signed by Don Jazzy in 2019.

Crayon said that God was likely testing him similarly to Job in the Bible, drawing a comparison between the two men’s respective journeys.

The artist stated that having a successful music career now is more fulfilling than it would have been in a post on his official X page.

“Omo thank God that I didn’t blow in 2019 when I came out. Na now sweet pass! Jesus. I had to wait bro I had to wait !!

“God tested my patience like that of Job in the Bible. Now ehnnn I’m coming for everything like a comet!!! Mo ti blowww kpaaaaa”, he wrote.
