Nigerian Jollof has no competition- Hilda Baci

Hilda Baci, a well-known cook, has entered the Ghanaian vs. Nigerian jollof argument.

Nigerian jollof is superior and has no competition, according to Baci, who claimed that Ghanaian jollof “has no flavor.”

The former holder of the Guinness World Record claimed to have eaten jollof from both Nigeria and Ghana and to be able to attest that the latter is superior.

Hilda asserted in the most recent 90s Baby Show episode that Nigerian jollof is superior to Ghanaian jollof.

I ate Jollof while I was in Ghana. I’ve seen the recipes and competed in a jollof competition with a Ghanaian chef who prepared the best rendition of the dish.

However, Nigerians don’t play around with flavor when it comes to Jollof.

Sources claim that in 2021, Hilda Baci won the Jollof Face-off Competition over Leslie Kumordzie of Ghana.
