Wizkid Bags Fresh International Award- Details Inside

Wizkid, a Grammy-winning musician from Nigeria, is the first African artist to get the BRIT Billion award for having received more than 1 billion streams in the United Kingdom.

After his Saturday sold-out performance at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, the Starboy manager was given the honor.

The Nigerian music superstar has sold millions of copies of his songs in the UK, including Drake’s ‘One Dance’ featuring him (Wizkid) and Kyla, which has achieved six times Platinum certifications for sales of over 3.6 units.

Wizkid’s fourth studio album ‘Made In Lagos’ and his single with Beyonce ‘Brown Skin Girl’ has also been certified Gold in the United Kingdom.
