New Executive Secretary for Almajiri National Commission as been appointed by Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has named Ja’afar Isa, a former Brigadier General, as Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Child Education.

The president also named Hashim Abbas as his Senior Special Assistant on Chieftaincy Matters. Presidential spokesman Ajuri Ngelale issued a statement announcing the appointments.

Ja’afar Isa, a recognized leader, served as the Military Administrator of Kaduna State from 1993 to 1996, whereas Tijani Abbas is the Sarkin Sudan Kano.

According to Ngelale, the president expects the new appointees to bring their extensive knowledge to these critical responsibilities, which have a fundamental impact on society.

He said that the president assured Nigerians that his administration’s efforts to ensure that Nigeria’s out-of-school children receive the most comprehensive education would be realized in the best interests of the country’s future.
